DESCRIPTION:

National Geographic and NPR are each renowned for storytelling. And both have adapted to new digital technologies that facilitate -- and change -- the way they report. Join NPR's Jacki Lyden as she hosts a panel discussion and presentation about the evolution of storytelling in sights and sounds. Panelists -- including  Stephen Alvarez, National Geographic photographer; Keith Jenkins, NPR's multimedia director; and Andrea Hsu, producer for All Things Considered -- discuss how they're adapting in the ever-changing digital world.

RSVP strongly encouraged; please send email to pictureshow@npr.org.
